Policies

Please use order form to submit all order requests or email direct to simplysmilax@gmail.com.  

Upon receipt of your order request you will receive communication by email that the order has been received.  If you do not receive this communication your request will not be fulfilled.  All details of your order will be communicated via email. All orders will be shipped with an estimated delivery date that is provided on the invoice based on requested delivery date on order submission.  This is not a guaranteed date of delivery.  Due to shipping delays orders cannot be guaranteed by a specific date.  We do not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns due to perishable products are not covered under most shipping companies.  Please note these are perishable products and all orders are shipped fresh.

Payments must be submitted before your order is pulled. When purchasing with a credit card/venmo a terminal fee will be assessed upon invoicing. 

Please note that all boxes contain approximately 150 ft of smilax that are washed and prepared for immediate use.  Each Smilax box is $260 plus delivery services.

* Rush Orders - $50 Fee will be applied to invoices of any order that requires shipment less than 24 hours prior to shipment date.
